Fermenter Considerations

- Mar 21, 2018 -

1. Before the tank is sterilized, it is necessary to check the height of the liquid surface, and it is required that all the electrodes are not below the liquid surface.

2. Be sure to check that the cooling water is turned on before opening the fermentor and that the temperature probe has been inserted into the tank. Otherwise, the heating circuit will be burnt out.

3. During the fermentation process, the workbench must be kept clean. Used bottles and other items should be cleaned in time. The spilled acid and alkali solution or water should be immediately wiped dry.

4. Special precautions must be taken when installing, disassembling and sterilizing tanks, which are delicate and expensive parts of pH electrodes and tanks.
