Dutch study found that drinking moderate amounts of beer (1 to 2 cups a day) significantly reduces the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

4. Good Kidney Health

Finnish studies have found that drinking a bottle of beer a day can reduce the incidence of kidney stones by 40%. 

The researchers said that beer has a diuretic effect and helps keep the kidney healthy.

5. Recovery after accelerated workout

The Spanish study found that the replenishment of a pint of beer is more effective than the equivalent amount of mineral water. Because beer contains more sugar and salt, it is also rich in potassium and B vitamins.
